Brooks said after the game he inadvertently missed a morning defensive meeting Dec. 2 but showed up an hour later for a second meeting focused on domestic violence. Fangio said Thursday that Brooks also arrived 20 minutes late to a Dec. 3 meeting, and the coach didnt know why.Brooks apologized to Fangio and had a strong practice Wednesday.We talked on Tuesday.
