A judge says the ex-president of the Pilot Flying J truck stop chain must wear an electronic monitoring device and be placed on house arrest while he awaits sentencing on his conspiracy and fraud conviction.
The Knoxville News Sentinel reports U.S. Magistrate Judge Bruce Guyton on Friday declined to jail Mark Hazelwood pending sentencing.
Pilot Flying J is controlled by the family of Cleveland Browns owner Jimmy Haslam and Tennessee Gov. Bill Haslam. The Haslams haven’t been charged with any wrongdoing. The governor has not been involved in the company in recent years.

Statements at the Knoxville hearing revealed that the company has paid Hazelwood $34 million since October 2014 and intends to pay him another $6 million in May Parris Campbell Jersey , money the company said was owed under Hazelwood’s employment contract.

Information from: Knoxville News Sentinel, The NFL said Friday that the Oakland Raiders complied with the ”Rooney Rule” when they hired Jon Gruden as head coach.
The league said a review found the Raiders conducted ”bona fide” interviews with minority candidates during their search for a replacement for Jack Del Rio Bobby Okereke Jersey , who was fired after a disappointing six-win season. The ”Rooney Rule” requires NFL teams to consider at least one minority candidate before making an offer to a head coaching candidate. The team officially hired Gruden on Jan. 6.
The Fritz Pollard Alliance, which had called for an investigation out of concern that Raiders owner Mark Davis came to an agreement with Gruden before the team interviewed any minority candidates Khari Willis Jersey , released a statement saying the NFL made the wrong call in not penalizing Davis.
”In his enthusiasm to hire Jon Gruden, Raiders’ owner Mark Davis failed to fulfill his obligation under the Rule and should step forward and acknowledge he violated the Rule Josh Allen Jersey ,” the alliance statement said.
