CONCORD, N.C. -- NASCAR has postponed the Sprint Cup Series race from Saturday night to noon Sunday as rain bands from Hurricane Matthew continued to pelt the track Saturday morning.The Bank of America 500 will start at noon Sunday with the Xfinity Series race, postponed from Friday night, starting about 45 minutes after the conclusion of the Cup event.Kevin Harvick?is on the pole for the Cup race, the first race of the quarterfinal round of the Chase for the Sprint Cup. Kyle Larson will start on that pole.The race track is located in an area under a flash flood watch and a wind advisory with 1 to 2 inches of rain predicted to fall Saturday.
